New Garage for City Farm House

Decades ago, a farm house had been moved from the country onto a city lot in a central south Austin neighborhood. The home had a lot of charm and character, and its new owners loved it. Only problem was, it had no garage.

The owners wanted a two-story garage with a flex room above it. We designed the structure and built it quickly. Our clever framing contractor mimicked the trim on the old farmhouse and built an attractive fence. We used hand-laid pavers for the driveway.

Today, the new garage complements the old house and blends into the neighborhood as if it had always been there.
