Special thanks to the kids from the Central Texas 4H Robotics Club and the Pioneer Farms 4H Club. As a service project, they researched and designed a backyard xeriscape and presented their plan to the homeowner. They cleared the property and we mulched the trimmings, and they planted Texas-hardy trees and shrubs that will attract butterflies and other wildlife. The participants were Alec Bainter, Hallie Casey, Joanna Casey, Matthew Evans, Stephen Young, and Sarah Young.
